I bought these for Teams calls for work. I seems to average about 3 or 4 of these a day. I used to use a plug-in headset, but the socket on my PC went wrong. This headset is really great. The earpads are very comfortable even for long periods, and even wearing glasses. The earpads seem to block out a lot of external noise, and the sound quality for both talking and listening is outstanding. The facility to mut the mic from the button on the earpiece is very useful, and far easier than finding the button in Teams! The red light on the mic reminds you it is muted.

The most surprising thing is the battery life. It goes on for ever! When you switch it on, it tells you ;battery full’ or ‘battery medium’. I have never run it down below this, but you really only need to charge it once a week or so for my use.

I bought this product two months ago. Great to listen to music via my mobile at the same time as attending meetings on the laptop as it can handle two connections. Comfortable for extended use. Hard wire to save battery also works great but the battery lasts a long time anyway and recharging is fast. Sound quality is good to my ears but like any speaker or headphone they need running in at moderate volume for a few hundred hours. The noise cancellation is good enough that I have been heard and understood on a noisy train and a busy restaurant (with quite loud background music) with no issues. The mute button with red led is a great feature. The only problem I’ve encountered is with one laptop where the connection drops and then re-connects about every hour but I think it’s the laptop not the headset because other laptops haven’t had this issue.
