My daughter usually wears a size 8-10 so we ordered the 12 (M) when it arrived I looked at it and thought this looks a little on the small size and instead of putting it away for Xmas I got her to try it on. It is a little on the tight side as I guessed on opening. However she said she wants to keep it as she likes the look of it and would be wearing it over thermal bodysuits which are thin anyway. So my advice to anyone thinking of purchasing this jacket to make sure you buy 2 sizes up if you want a more comfortable fit and longer wear out of it. Otherwise it is a nice jacket with a detachable hood with faux fur trim,zip fastening and poppers and 2 pockets. So for the sizing I have given it 4 stars instead of the full 5.

Lovely coat but the harming will not last. However I only bought this to have a coat while pregnant. I suggest going up one size though as its a little snug
