The free shipping service is only a standard 1st class service; delivery times are estimated only and cannot be guaranteed. We recommend that if a shipment is urgent or requires a tracking service,o upgrade to a more guaranteed service.
We estimate this service can sometimes take up to 5 working days for delivery, but more are delivered within this period. Still, we have no control over the delivery times/process. Items abroad can sometimes take up – 3 business working weeks, but once again, most are delivered within this time slot.

This is such a good value for money product! Tracks really well and is comfortable on the wrist. The only complaint i have was the set up. Its not the usual way of pairing a device and i had to find an online video to explain it as i was pairing it with my phone (not what you do!) instead of with the app. You download the app first and then pair the wrist band with it. Would i buy this again? Absolutely yes.

A pretty good band for the price. I particularly like the fitness aspects (PAI), and the manual heart monitor is great but the auto can misread, giving false spikes. Also, the sleep monitor is a bit glitchy… sometimes failing to read when I’m awake. Still, it’s better than other similarly priced bands I’ve had.

I am really surprised at the features on this fitness watch, for the money. I have only had it a short while, and up to now I am very impressed with it. I have had a few inexpensive fitness bands in the past, and none have been as sophisticated as this one, and when I ordered it, I was not expecting quite so many features. I bought it on an early Prime day sale, and paid £24.64 for it, but even at the price it is now it’s still a bargain. I like the band style rather than the bigger screen, as I only have small wrists, and the bigger ones would be too bulky for me, and what I didn’t expect was that I could also upload my own photos on to the screen of my watch via the app. Another feature I like, is being able to give commands to my other Alexa devices via the watch, which is good if you don’t want to interrupt any music you have playing on your Echo device etc. By now, I would have had to charge my other watches up again, but this has a good battery, and have yet to see how long it actually lasts before recharging. If you’re sitting in the fence, and undecided in anyway, don’t hesitate to buy it.

The watch offers a lot of functions for the money.
However, I bought two, one for myself and one for my daughter. She experienced pain and tingling in her hand, wrist and arm whilst wearing it. I have experienced muscle twitching in my wrist. I returned hers but have kept mine. On researching this, it’s apparently not uncommon – with various makes of fit watches not just this one.
Apart from this, the app often disconnects and needs to re- synchronise.
Also I would have liked a blood pressure monitor function.

It’s difficult for the average person to know how accurate most of the measurements are but for many of these it is the trends over a period of time that give you the best information and averages. Most measurements seem broadly consistant with comparisons made on other devices within a small tolerance.eg Steps measured on my smart phone app.
The display is quite small but generally adequate to read most things.I leave mine on when showering and have had no problems.
Battery life is good overall. You probably will not use the Alexa app as much as you think but nice to have.Overall very good value for money if you are not a serious athlete!

Love the fact you can choose from loads of faces for the watch. Step counter doesn’t pick up every step but it is on par with my step counter on my phone. Easy to use once you work around it. Good battery life and minimal charge time
